We were shopping for a new 2023 KIA Sorrento Hybrid after reading some reviews and seeing one at the state fair. Our only problem? Very limited inventory and none to be had in our home state. I thought, no worries, I’ll find one in another state and fly out to pick it up. We found one we liked at Fort Collins KIA and started a dialog with our sale representative Rachel Braun, who told us that one was sold but she had one coming in later that week we could have. We waited for the good news: they were going to get it and after a couple of days it was confirmed for Friday, so we booked our airline tickets and flew into Denver. Rachel picked us up and drove us to the dealership where in short order we were signing paperwork and meeting with the finance guy, Rocky. He got us out quickly after getting a decent deal on a KIA extended warranty and handed us back to Rachel for delivery. The whole process took less than an hour and we were on the road back home. High points: Rachel kept us informed and made sure the car was held for us. She got us in and out in a hurry and even installed our floor mats for us. Rocky was fast and friendly and scanned all our documents to a USB drive rather than loading us down with paper. Low points: None really. TLDR: These guys are a well-oiled machine and a pleasure to deal with. I would buy again from Rachel and Fort Collins KIA. More

From start to finish, the process with this dealership was absolutely incredible! I worked with Tom and he was kind, extremely knowledgeable, and his goal was to get me into the vehicle I was happy with, was absolutely incredible! He was patient, explained my financing options very thoroughly and made sure I was happy with my decisions. After purchase, I left my car at the dealership for further detailing and Tom was so communicative and sent me pictures of the finished product before picking up the car. Both Tom and Rachel went above and beyond to get me into my car as quickly as possible even on an incredibly busy day. The service, value, and experience you will receive at Ft. Collins Kia is top notch! More

My wife and I stopped to look at one of there 2023 Kia Sportage's, we took it on a test drive and then decided to leave and talk about it. We decided to go ahead and buy the Sportage. The one we drove had been sold between the time we left and came back, so we settled on a White SX Prestige, beautiful car. We got to the salesman's desk, he went and got the buyers order from his manager, after returning I was looking at it, I discovered a VTR fee of $595, I asked what that was and the salesman explained to me that it is window etching. At that time I told the salesman that I did not want that, he stated he can not take that off, went and asked his manager who also stated that they would not remove that fee. At that time I got up and walked out the door. We went the next day and purchased a beautiful 2023 KIA Sportage is Wolf Gray with Red Leather from Fowler KIA in Longmont, zero additional fees. I will never step foot in FC KIA again and I recommend you do the same thing. More
