It was my first time buying a brand new car and if it wasn't for Tony Sanchez I would have probably waited for a better time. Tony is passionate about what he does. He made the experience enjoyable and was very honest with his suggestions and opinions. He was ready to answer any questions I had and pulled both cars I was interested in together and wanted to do anything he could to make it easier for me. He had a perfect balance of selling and customer service. He wasn't too pushy like some employees selling cars can be, but instead he was open to listen and get a good understanding of my needs. I have no doubt he would be consistent in his job and I would fully recommend the dealership to anyone. I left feeling like I made new friends. I would definitely go back. Correct Fix Saved Us Anxieties and Dollars. We were told that we had many issues with our van at another dealership that needed to be repaired quickly. We decided to ask Tynan's to check over ou We were told that we had many issues with our van at another dealership that needed to be repaired quickly. We decided to ask Tynan's to check over our vehicle, and they so readily agreed. Their mechanic, Dominic stayed a bit later to check over our van and told us that our issues are not anywhere NEAR what the the other place said. Needless to say, we went with Tynan's, and even though our van has 92,000 miles on it, they gave us a loaner car for the weekend while the van was in the shop. All in all, rather than shell out possibly over $1500 for needless repairs, we ended up paying only $600 for new valve cover gaskets, six spark plugs and a new back window wiper..... Other place said we needed a new rack and pinion assembly and oil pan gasket replaced.....Thanks so much....We WILL go back........Steve and Connie Peterson of Johnstown More

Worst Customer Service Ever! Took three days to receive a response to internet inquiry, finally had to drive to dealership from Denver. Once there they couldn't find the car. Called them few days later and asked about the car and price and was told they couldn't even meet the price THEY had listed on the internet. Sent them a quote from another dealership and never heard anything back from Tynan's. Sent another request for the $500 price match guarantee and still waiting on response to that request. Worst customer service I have ever experienced with a car dealer, especially on a new car purchase! More
