Tony remembered what was important to me and only showed me cars that fit my needs. He never once pushed a sale and was flexible when I changed my mind. When I was finally ready to test drive he arranged for me to take one model over night and drove with me up to Horsetooth in another to be sure I was happy. Before purchasing I was renting a car and a friend's dog had jumped inside leaving paw prints and hair everywhere. The night I bought my new Rio, Art took the rental keys and offered to have the car vacuumed and cleaned so I would not be charged. Finally, long after hours, Justin walked me through every detail of financing my new car. Again, I was never pushed or sold, but rather he explained and answered every question so I knew I was getting only what I need. This is my fifth car and the best buying experience I have had! One of my biggest concerns was price and monthly payments. The Rio I chose was certified pre-owned because Tynan's had used it in their loaner fleet. However, the car only had 50 miles on it! I got a new car for a used price!! More

However, years of bad credit decisions while in college left me with a less-than-perfect credit situation that I was working on improving. I had been discouraged for about a year when I recently walked into Tynans to talk to salesman Rob about the possibility of finding a new or used vehicle. He took my information, ran my credit and informed me that he and the team would fight for me to get into a reliable vehicle. To my utter surprise, Rob and the finance team was able to get me into a brand new Kia Soul, with a surprisingly low interest rate, and low payments! Thank you so, so, so, much Tynan's Kia for fighting for me, making me feel valued, and treating me like a person. Other dealers made me feel very little because of my recovering credit situation, and would often not help me. Tynan's was just... different. In a good way.
