My husband and I have been looking on the internet for awhile for a roadster. Fred and Jonathan's dealership is about 2 hours from our home. The trip was worth every minute of that drive time. I had a very nice experience with the company, twice. Months ago I converted my prius to a plug in hybrid and Foreign Affairs auto is the only one in the south east region that knows how to do it, and do Months ago I converted my prius to a plug in hybrid and Foreign Affairs auto is the only one in the south east region that knows how to do it, and do it right. I am very satisfied with my car performance. Then, when I needed some repairs I got just what I wanted, good customer service and excellent technical support. I had my car towed in to have a lug nut drilled out. Frank told me ALL 10 lug nuts on the rear 2 tires needed to be drilled put, when in fact I had 4 off of one tire myself and the other tires had been Frank told me ALL 10 lug nuts on the rear 2 tires needed to be drilled put, when in fact I had 4 off of one tire myself and the other tires had been removed and replaced 3 weeks earlier when I went for tires (which I did not buy). Frank kept quoting me for rear brakes, which he claimed, were bad (how would he know if he could not take the tires off to see???) He "FIXED" a mirror for me and the electronic controls only go in 2 directions not 4. They refused to listen to me when I asked them not to do anything but Drill out the lug nut and proceeded to charge me 6 hours labor to drill out 2 lug nuts, charge me for 20 lug nuts that I DID NOT Need and I now paid over $1000 for a flat tire with a broken off lug nut...now I have no money to buy tires. In my opinion, biggest thieves I have ever dealt with. More

He worked with me over the telephone for three days and I drove from Kissimmee to West Palm to purchase the car. The transaction was fast, efficient and the experience was low key and professional. Fred introduced me to the Ortiz family and I must say they each are genuine and a real pleasure to meet. What started over the internet wound up with a purchase of a very nice vehicle.
