I purchased my pre-owned car in immaculate condition, and I have continued to take it there regularly for service. Their service prices are very reasonable, and repairs are done quickly and expertly. It's also worth mentioning that Foreign Affairs has a trendy, upscale interior with a very comfortable waiting area for people who chose to wait while their car is being serviced. They also have an espresso bar which is a nice treat. The overall effect is that you feel almost like you are visiting someone's home, rather than spending time in a car dealership. We are very happy that we decided to buy from Foreign Affairs Auto. Apart from buying a very nice car, we had an unexpected circumstance arise and Foreign Affairs Auto proved themselves to be 5-Star operation. A few hours after the vehicle was delivered to our home in New Mexico, the driver's window would not go up. My husband notified the dealer immediately and without question they requested that we take the car to the nearest Mercedes dealer for review. We received a $716 estimate to replace the Driver's Side Window Regulator. I thought to myself that no dealer was ever going to reimburse me $700 - well, this dealer proved me that great auto dealers do exist! Without hesitation, Foreign Affairs Auto requested that I have the Mercedes dealer fax them the estimate and quickly agreed to reimburse us for the unexpected expense. Within two days, we received the reimbursement check via FedEx and had the window repaired. This was by far the BEST car buying experience we have ever had. We only wish we lived closer to Foreign Affairs Auto so that we could bring the car to them for all the service work. More

I have purchased 5 cars from them over the years, their pricing is very appropriate and there knowledge of each vehicle is on par or maybe even better than the new dealers. I watched them start the 'Green Vehicle' trend several years ago, now they have a lineup of different vehicles both hybrid and all electric, its exciting to see a company that specializes in luxury vehicles paying attention to the environment. The service department is also excellent, they have always gone the extra mile for me always finishing work by the promised time. Their hourly rate seems much more fair than the dealerships and they seem to have all the same tools and cool toys to get the work done. Bottom line for me, its the only place I go and its saved me more of my time, money, and aggravation than I thought possible.
