I have been its loyal customer for couple years and each time I brought my BMV 335i Retractable in, I received customer service from Foreign Affairs. I have been its loyal customer for couple years and each time I brought my BMV 335i Retractable in, I received not only the professional services but the courtesy and friendliness are above my expectation. All I had to do is to tell them what the problem with the car and they took care the rest of the procedure with my insurance company including the arrangement for the rental car. Klaus kept me informed about the parts that need replaced/fixed by emailing me the pictures of their conditions and the description of the problems, he also kept me informed about the coverage with my insurance for the repair costs. I felt that Klaus did an excellent job with the insurance company and left no hassle and worriness on my part. I picked up my car 5 days ago and I’m still enjoying the look of it because they returned my car all nicely cleaned and polished.
