We purchased a 2004 BMW Z4 2.5i via Internet a couple of months ago. From the beginning to the end I worked with Anesh Bodasing. I actually had the best experience I have ever had in purchasing anything in my life. My whole transaction was done via the telephone without ever seeing the car in person. Even though we are credit challenged due to the recent purchase of a house, Anesh was determined to find financing for us, and within a couple of hours he had the ball rolling. He overnighted the paperwork, we signed, and returned the paperwork, etc., and within a few days had the car delivered to our driveway in Jacksonville, Florida. Even after the car was delivered, he still cared enough to follow-up to make sure we were satisfied after the transaction. I am in awe of Foreign Affairs Auto. From the very moment I got there, I felt very comfortable. Frank and the staff made me feel valued and simply appreciated. I was given a written estimate of the needed fix and all repair recommendations were even visually verified by actual photographs taken of my car. I couldn't believe how cool it was to receive actual photos of their recommendations for me to see and understand on my phone. Incredible....not even at the Dealer! Customer BEWARE! I paid $1200 for service of my Benz. Only to have to bring it back after 10 minutes of leaving their shop. Complained to owner, only for them to "attempt" to resolve the issue for which Only to have to bring it back after 10 minutes of leaving their shop.
