Our car was ready when promised and for the price quoted. There were no surprise charges or pressure to make other repairs. They also checked our brakes and several other safety items but were very honest about telling us that the brakes still had several months of service and no pressure to do it now. Although this was our first service at Foreign Affairs we were treated with respect and never felt like just a number to them. When we picked up the car Frank Ortiz greeting us by name -much different than what we had experienced on other occasions at our Mini/BMW dealer. We will definitely be going back for other services. Great experience Saw the car I purchased on cars.com. Spoke to Anesh about the car and made an appointment to see/drive he car. After driving the automobile, we agreed on a price for my trade in and a price for the new car. I drove off. A simple, easy experience. The whole process took one hour. I had been to other car dealers who kept me waiting for 30 or more mins. until they came to a price. Then used constant pressure to purchase at their set price. Some laughing at my offer, as well as, taking my keys for my trade-in and holding them hostage until I had to go to another office to get them. Purchasing at Foreign Affairs Auto is a totally different experience. The professionalism, respect and speed of the purchasing process has never been as pleasant. The vehicle was priced just right, unlike the cars I was considering at my local CarMax which were overpriced by $4,000 or more. It was a true pleasure to deal with Anesh and Jonathan as they were very efficient and had my paperwork ready for me when I came in to pick up the car. They were also very fair with the trade-in value of my existing car. I would definitely recommend Foreign Auto Affairs if you are looking for a high end pre-owned vehicle in great condition!! More

I liked that it was a family owned business and I had the opportunity to meet his Son and Wife. I would highly recommend this Company for servicing as well as the purchase of a vehicle.
