I was quite nervous about taking it back to a local dealer due to some negative past experiences. Thankfully Foreign Affairs mailed me a service coupon, the best thing they have ever done. Service was impeccable, every issue addressed, every inch of the car was checked over and photo's where taken to visually show what was needed, as well as an explanation accompanied these photos. Just everything I could expect and more, they have far exceeded what any dealer has ever done. I have been driving BMW's and MB's for over twenty years and no dealer has ever come close to the service they have provided. More

A surprising find. I was car shopping for a late model used car for my wife. While at Foreign Affairs for a pre-buy inspection of a BMW from another dealer, I unexpected I was car shopping for a late model used car for my wife. While at Foreign Affairs for a pre-buy inspection of a BMW from another dealer, I unexpectedly found a very nice Mercedes Benz 2013 C250 just off lease. While the service side gave the BMW a clean pre-buy I found the C250 to be a far better value. My salesman, Anesh, was knowledgable, courtesy and professional. I found Foreign Affairs to be an excellent small shop with a customer service culture in both service and sales. I was surprised by the selection of late model used luxury cars and competitive pricing. I also found the pre-buy inspection to be through and complete for a fair price. I am Very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend Foreign Affairs. It is a superior alternative to the many large dealers in the area. See how many dealers would still be there after hours. We have taken the Mini to FA since moving to Fl a couple of yrs ago and are always treated with courtesy and very professional staff. They do great work at a fair price and our car is always ready when promised. We highly recommend FA and will be back for routine maintenance and repairs. More

I didn't want to go to the dealer because I know they overcharge for everything. I did some research and came across Foreign Affairs Auto. All the reviews seemed great so I thought I should check it out. I brought my car into to get serviced and it was a great experience! They offered me coffee or a cappuccino as I walked in. The man at the front (Terry) was very friendly and welcomed me. Did I mention they give cappuccinos? I knew I needed new breaks so they quoted me on them but rather then forcing me to do anything else they just did the service (which was excellent, and they wash the car), gave me an inspection of the car and wrote down everything that needs to be changed now or in the future. I loved the price (which is defiantly cheaper then Braman Audi), they do the same quality of work, everyone is friendly, and they DO NOT PRESSURE you into doing anything! I will DEFIANTLY bring my car back here to get serviced. More
