After leaving the dealership I had nothing but kind words. I even left a great google review that I unfortunately have to change. I purchased a used car and never received any paper work for it. After reaching out multiple times I finally got the paper work and was able to see they changed the purchase price along with adding many random fees, including but not limited to a $1,500 delivery fee (I drove almost 2 hours to the lot) I have still not been able to get in contact with anyone to resolve this issue and as we’ve had many hurricanes recently it’s been even more difficult to get it resolved. A car that was listed for $13,565 online turned into a $28,000 loan that I was unaware of and the price change was never brought to my attention. I understand a couple thousand dollars in taxes and interest but the add ons were outrageous. I’m still wanting to get this resolved as easy as possible and don’t want to take further action unless needed. Please have someone reach out if you can. I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you. More
Well after purchasing my new Bronco I found a few issues, I was missing tool to remove the lug nuts, I ordered one on Amazon. This truck is a 2023 and sat on the lot for a year and now I am wondering about wearable items like the battery and wiper blades. I figure I will have to just eat it when the wear out sooner than they should. I found right after I got home with this Bronco the next day the custom LED tag light was burnt out. I called dealer and told them. They said bring it back on the next Monday, but it's too far and I have work so I replaced it myself. This dealership is too far for me to make random trips to it. I live nearly 30 miles away. There seems to be some slight damage to the back door, looks like someone may have backed into the tire hanging on it. And tweeked the door a little. I figure I'll have to get a body person to address that. All in all the salesman was great, just would have liked to get interest better and little lower payments. I came in with a high score, pretty new f150 and cash I'm in process of trying to refinance truck right now and haven't even made first payment on it. More
