The sales rep Dwyane and the sales manager are cheaters and the lowest of the low. They took advantage of my husband trying to replace his work truck, flooded by Hurricane Helene. Sam called Dwayne with the model he wanted and said he would pay in full. Dwayne brought over a DIFFERENT truck, 3 feet longer, and had Sam sign the paperwork before Sam even saw the truck. When Sam called Dwyane, he lied about it and hung up on Sam. The scammy sales manager never returned Sam's call. Bad kharma is going to find both of you con artists! We will also post this to social media. CRIMINALS!!! More
