Brought car in for an oil change, everything went well till I left for work the next morning and heard a grinding, not blaming anyone just ironic it happens after I leave the dealer. Well I went here for an oil change and they showed me this live recorded video and the tech was incoherent when he was talking. The service rep never mentioned that and I was a little baffled since my car does not have oil spots anywhere I park after I went home and checked.
