The staff was very helpful determining what time slots they had over the phone to schedule my oil change. Steve Wollak is my service advisor and is the only guy I call when I need service for our Bronco. He's honest and treats us as if we're his only client. We didn't have the best experience with management/sa call when I need service for our Bronco. He's honest and treats us as if we're his only client. We didn't have the best experience with management/sales when we bought the car but our sales guy Chris did an awesome job at mitigating the damage done by his peers. Christian, one of the managers could take notes in client relations from Chris and Steve. He lacks personality, couth and professionalism. The day we met him, he looked sloppy and unkempt but spoke to us as if we were beneath him which was a laugh. While we may never purchase another car from them we will continue to bring our vehicle in for service. If it wasn't for Chris and Steve, I would never had gone back honestly. The service department has gone above and beyond to take care of us and I wanted to give credit where it's due More
