This was a bad experience. Kevin in finance is a liar and not to be trusted. Enrique did his job and was nice. Two days after we bought I was told the car had gone through a multi vehicle inspection. after the initial test drive we noticed a slip and a sound that was coming from the transmission, so the dealersh through a multi vehicle inspection. after the initial test drive we noticed a slip and a sound that was coming from the transmission, so the dealership sent it back to the service department to go over the problem. They said they couldn't find anything wrong. So we bought the car, and it started to make the sound more and more. So I took the car to a Cadillac dealer and they told me the transmission fluid needed to be replaced. They said it would cost $350. so we paid the price two days after we bought the car and that fixed the problem. I think the Ford service department should have found the problem immediately and fixed the problem, as most cars have transmissions and act the same when transmission fluid doesn't get attention. Don't Fords have transmissions? Chance our salesperson was great, finance was okay (I have had much better experiences) More
