Very pleasant staff, Lynda was very helpful in securing our vehicle. We bought right off the lot. The only fallback was not being more negotiable with the pricing due to inventory, and we were there for fo our vehicle. We bought right off the lot. Brian Jourdain, my service writer, listened to my needs and, without making promises that couldn't be met, demonstrated his understanding and willingness to work to get the problem solved as soon as possible. The problem turned out to be a bad starter in my 2017 Ford F150. The parts department carried the needed starter in stock. A service tech installed the new starter and within 2 days Brian sent a courtesy car to my workplace and I was able to pick up my truck. 5-star=accuracy, courtesy, professionalism=Ford of Northampton Service.
