Great service, great deal, best mustang deals We recently visited Ford of Kirkland and we were looking for an affordable car, initially we were thinking about fusion with eco boost, didn't know th We recently visited Ford of Kirkland and we were looking for an affordable car, initially we were thinking about fusion with eco boost, didn't know that we could afford a new mustang. but after looking at their website, the deals with mustang is so great that the price is around the same for a fusion that we were looking at. basic model of course. We called in, and 30 min later, Rodney took us for a test drive in a new mustang. with 2.3L eco boost engine, and leather interior, backup camera and all that, we felt great driving in it. the vision was pretty good too. Then Clark and Rodney worked together with us on the finance. Kyle did a great job and things worked out pretty well! after a few hours, we are done with all paperwork. no hassle no pushy. we are happy with the great experience and would recommend to friends who are looking for a ford car. Rodney is great to work with! Very cool guy! More

Rodney worked well with my husband's sense of humor and met all of his demands (which can be grueling). If you had told me this morning that we were buying a new car, I would have never believed it. Rodney found the exact car, color and upgrades we wanted for the car. In fact, we haven't even seen the car, but it should be delivered this week. In my experience, the pricing structure is plenty similar among all reputable new car dealerships. For me, the difference would boil down to integrity. The dealerships I dealt with varied widely in this respect. My initial contacts were through the internet and it became very clear, very quickly that Michael Sylvan with Ford of Kirkland is outstanding at what he does. Through numerous emails and phone calls, I got the feeling Michael gave a xxxx about creating a lifetime customer and not just selling another car. Again, there were plenty of places to buy the late model Flex I wanted-Ford of Kirkland is about a 2 hour trek from my farm-but the extra effort was worth it because I wanted to deal with someone who is adverse to drama, recognizes the value of their customer's time and is obsessed with doing exactly what he promises. Thank you Michael. You are a consummate professional. Need to mention Finance Director John Potts, too.
