In the 24 Years that my husband and I have been together we have purchased many vehicles, but never on the first visit. Rodney worked well with my husband's sense of humor and met all of his demands (which can be grueling). If you had told me this morning that we were buying a new car, I would have never believed it. Rodney found the exact car, color and upgrades we wanted for the car. In fact, we haven't even seen the car, but it should be delivered this week. Rodney is humorous, easy going and listened to our every want and need. He is the perfect, no pressure salesman. We can't thank you enough and will be sure to refer our friends. Thank you, Sandy S. In my experience, the pricing structure is plenty similar among all reputable new car dealerships. For me, the difference would boil down to integrity. The dealerships I dealt with varied widely in this respect. My initial contacts were through the internet and it became very clear, very quickly that Michael Sylvan with Ford of Kirkland is outstanding at what he does. Through numerous emails and phone calls, I got the feeling Michael gave a xxxx about creating a lifetime customer and not just selling another car. Again, there were plenty of places to buy the late model Flex I wanted-Ford of Kirkland is about a 2 hour trek from my farm-but the extra effort was worth it because I wanted to deal with someone who is adverse to drama, recognizes the value of their customer's time and is obsessed with doing exactly what he promises. Thank you Michael. You are a consummate professional. Need to mention Finance Director John Potts, too. John made the paperwork happen quickly and without pressure to buy any silly overpriced services. I now understand why Ford of Kirkland is the Number One Volume Ford dealer in the state. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE I recently had need to find a car for my son who was on the receiving end of a Hit & Run accident. His VW GTI was totaled but thankfully he survived the crash. We had narrowed the search down to the Ford Focus, Hyundai Accent and the Mazda3. We went to this dealership because they had both Ford and Hyundai. We met Nicholas and he helped us to decide what would be the better make for us. The buying experience was great. I explained to Nicholas what we were looking for and he took it from there. He knew the dealerships inventory very well and found the absolute perfect Used 2013 Ford Focus with low mileage for my 19yr old son.
