Service advisors were very good, attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable. My displeasure that caused the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is simply. Company policy of up charging for credit cards and knowledgeable. My displeasure that caused the 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating is simply. Company policy of up charging for credit cards and the fact that the car wash is always broken. When the 'fast lane" was being built I was told, in and out in 30 minutes and a clean car when I leave. This is never the case. Always much longer and never a car wash. I understand the ownership hopes to be the largest Ford dealer in Central Florida but they should focus on "serbice" in a service industry before trying to be the largest. Try to be the best, that will drive your growth. More
