Quick lane is not so quick. I had to make an appointment instead of waiting 2 hr, the day before. Even with an appt. I had to wait over 1 hour for someone to start to work on my I had to make an appointment instead of waiting 2 hr, the day before. Even with an appt. I had to wait over 1 hour for someone to start to work on my car. Why have appointments if you still have to wait over an hour. The staff are very friendly and helpful but I will find a different place next time. Also a few months ago I took my car in to check for a leak, no leak. however this time the mechanic found the leak with no problem. seems to me the person last time did not do a proper check. this time it was found once he took off the under panel and it was as plan as day. Both Jalen and Willie are great so I rate them as 5 star! Quick Lane only 3 and that is being nice More
