The car was dropped off in excellent condition and although there’s an issue with my wheel locks, they were very accommodating and recommended I bring it back with the Correct wheel lock to continue remainder of my service. Had looked around for an F-150 and shopped a couple of dealers. When I came to Clermont Ford my salesman Dylan and finance rep Anthony answered all my questions, were easy to work with and were not at all dealers. Zach was great; however, he was not the first person I dealt with at the service center. I had just had my car inspected and and oil change the day before. That morning when I turned on my car, it shook a dealt with at the service center. I had just had my car inspected and and oil change the day before. That morning when I turned on my car, it shook and the engine light came on. My husband and I nervously took my car back to the quick lane for them to tell us they could not read my car’s diagnosis. I had to then drive to the service center. There were tons of workers just standing around but no one was greeting customers. I had to go to the bathroom, so I walked into the service agent area and told a guy named Scotty my story and how upset I was that I was just there the day before with a clean bill and had to get tossed around a second day. Scotty told me that he would help me after I came back from the restroom. When I came back the other agents had to search for him. When he came toward his desk, he mumbled to me that anyone could help me and walked away. The woman agent at the desk next to Scotty’s said, “That’s not right. He shouldn’t have done that.” Zach noticed I was wandering confused and offered to help me. Unfortunately my bad experience did not end there. I was given a quote to rebuild my engine. I asked how I could have had an all clear the day before and literally only drove home and back to the dealership and now I was being told I had to replace my engine. No one could tell me the answer or offer support via phone. When I came to pick up my car, I was then told it could last 50,000 to 100,000 more miles, days or years. Given they told me they would need yo rebuild my engine, this made ZERO sense. I will never buy a Ford again. I expected the car to last at least 150000 miles but I only got 102000 miles and a really poor customer service experience. More
