I do not mind the way this dealer handled the service and the amount of time it took was quite reasonable. What I don’t like is the recommended services especially when you don’t know what has already been p the amount of time it took was quite reasonable. I was quite taken aback when they recommended new rear brake rotors and pads for almost $1100. Outragious! More

I would say that the additional services that were sold to me were unnecessary “repairs” for the belt replacements and pricing for parts and air filter were double what they had been six months ago when I to me were unnecessary “repairs” for the belt replacements and pricing for parts and air filter were double what they had been six months ago when I was quoted for similar work. I was also never notified about any delays and had called and wasn’t able to get through so I had to show up and request an update and only then was told they broke the tensioner and that they were waiting for a replacement. I work in customer service and know for a fact this will always be bad customer service, and communication is key. Also your not allowed to charge the customer the 3% service fee for card providers in the state of Florida. More
