Straight up LIED I took my F350 there for service. It was a certified pre-owned from another dealership. The brakes were locking up. They told me it was because the ro I took my F350 there for service. It was a certified pre-owned from another dealership. The brakes were locking up. They told me it was because the rotors and pads were so worn, it was over extending. It would be $1200 to replace them. I said, let me have my truck....it had been Certified 1 month prior. Take it home, pull of tire, pads and rotors are brand new and had been changed at the certification....actually found paperwork to verify. They also charged me $125 to diagnose. I took it to another Ford Dealership and they replaced the master cylinder ( WHICH FIXED THE PROBLEM) and told me it was covered under the warranty. More

Fuel filter replacement I took my f250 in to have the fuel filter replaced. I provided my own fuel filter for them to install (purchase cheaper elsewhere). We agreed to a pr I took my f250 in to have the fuel filter replaced. I provided my own fuel filter for them to install (purchase cheaper elsewhere). We agreed to a price of $34 to have the filter installed. Long story short, they broke the end of the fuel line where it connects to the fuel filter. To replace the fuel line, they had to remove the front fuel tank. The total cost was $484.63 after xxxxxxxx, the service advisor deducted $40. A few days later, I noticed they had charged me for the fuel filter. To this day, I feel totally ripped off and I told theim that I would never return. There are too many other shops in Lafayette that do just as good of work at a much cheaper price. If you have any out-of-pocket work done to your at Mike Raisor Ford service, expect additional charges ! More

When we arrived we were introduced to Courtney Cox. My husband shook her hand and preceded to instruct her how to shake hands, because he taught nurses to give firm hand shakes. She was awesome, persuasive, amazing sales clerk, and preceded to find me exactly what I was looking for. She encouraged us to take the vehicle to lunch while she took our car for apraisel . I had no intention of buying a car that day, but we did. We loved her friendliness, southern accent and knowledge of the Ford Escape. The only disappointment we had and it wasn't her fault was we thought we would have gotten more for my 2007 Chevy Aveo LS which only had 119,236 miles on it. We were expecting 2500-3000 for trade in on a brand new 2016 vehicle and only was offered 1,000. We decided not to trade the vehicle. Courtney was kind to help program my phone, Bluetooth, and how other functional keys worked. I called Courtney on 1/16 and asked if I could stop by with questions and get a free car wash which they let you wash your vehicle any time they are open free. Service here is a gamble on quality. I've had good work, and horrible work. Had a tech go home half way they day without telling anyone. With my vehicle still torn apart. It took them 3 visits to veri work, and horrible work. Had a tech go home half way they day without telling anyone. With my vehicle still torn apart. It took them 3 visits to verify that I had transmission issues. One of their techs put a hole in my firewall. While attempting to fix Heater. Then service manager refused to fix issue. Charging me for repair and visit. Service Representative are excellent. Service manager is incopotent at best More
