Service stop Reported that my truck was hesitating on downshifts and that there was gear train “clunking” when it shifted, during an oil change interval service. Trouble shooting by technician replicated issue and determined that several software updates needed to be applied to the onboard computer. Once that was done, truck performs as it normally did in the past. No more hesitation when slowing down or clunking of the drive train when shifting as I was going around turns Noted ~$20 increase in the cost of a standard oil change from my last visit More
