Mike D'Incecco was incredibly helpful from the time we placed our initial order for a new Ford Transit XLT passenger wagon in January of 2022, until the time we received it in February 2024. Throughout the two year delay filled ordeal, none of which was within control of Folsom Lake Ford, he shared available information, quickly made adjustments per information from either Ford or us; and, made the day of vehicle purchase easy and enjoyable.
