Brought my Ford Escape in for routine maintenance. I can always count on Folsom Lake Ford to let me know what my car needs. Estimated time to completion was 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Brigitte, Nick and Jay were fantastic with dealing with my car issues. Brigitte was able to get my car seen quickly after I had my car at another Ford dealer in Sacramento, they were saying my car wasn’t u my car issues. Brigitte was able to get my car seen quickly after I had my car at another Ford dealer in Sacramento, they were saying my car wasn’t under warranty when it was.
