I recently purchased a brand new 2022 gmc Denali, with cash. When I checked out the truck there was a big scratch and dents on the roof. From being unloaded I was told . It was very bad and needed to be completely taken apart and put new skins on . The dealership said that they would fix it, free of charge and give me a little price break . I agreed because I really wanted this truck in a specific color. I was also told that when the truck was finished and it wasn’t perfect that I could get my money back . The sales man jay said” it’s goin to be back to factory finish and look brand new “ . It’s far from that . I was originally told the truck roof would take 2-3 weeks to fix but it took almost 8 weeks. I had to call multiple times during these weeks and was given the run around; something felt off. The truck was delivered to me and upon inspection I noticed that the roof scratches and there was a huge run in the paint . Not to mention it was orange peel paint and not smooth like the rest of the truck . the siding and molding is loose, the trim pieces on the roof and door like an glued together all over and it’s already coming apart . there are multiple clear coat marks all over the vehicle, the vehicle was not given a deep clean before delivery to me, there were scratches on the truck, the black molding around the front windshield was not bolted down, there were some mishaps with the tailgate, and to finish it off I have a feeling the roof will leak due to the poor repair job. When I took for a first test drive at home it sounds like I’m driving airplane the leak is that bad . The person who delivered my truck acknowledged all of this and said he would report to his supervisor. I took pictures of everything and called the dealership the following day to follow up and was given no info. The supervisor was rude and did not take accountability for anything on the truck. I requested to speak to the owner and have not heard anything. Upon further investigation, reading other reviews, it seems that poor business and customer service is the standard for this dealership. It’s very unfortunate because I was willing to work with them in the beginning but they did not take any ownership of the wrong doings. I’ve tried for a few weeks to communicate and get the best results since I spent almost $103k, cash, on my dream truck but have been unable to come to an agreement with them. They finally told me that I could take my truck to a body shop to get fixed. Mind you, none of these problems were caused by myself but caused by the dealership. I do not recommend working with this dealership because they practice poor business and customer service, so not stand behind their work, and lack communication. Look elsewhere when buying a new truck because this dealership is not worth the hassle.I hope this helps the next customer. More

Very disatisfied with my experience. I did extensive research and proice comparisons before thinking I found the best deal on website for new Buick Encore gx. Made appt to come in and asked him to him to have vehicle cleaned, and ready to go and paperwork started, filled out finance paperwork and all ,so could be quick and easy. I drove from way put of town for set appt. Upon arrival our sales guy, Marty not there as promised. New sales guy knew nothing about all our other conversations with him. He got car, which turned out to be a dealership loaner with over 3k miles! The car was not only not prepped as promised, but dirty, inside and out and smelled like cigarettes. Trip was a waste, but they promised to detail the car and work to lower price further due to web listing car as new with zero miles, if I would return when car prepped. I agreed. Upon return a few days later, car looked nice, but had several small scratches. I was promised the dealer would order touch up paint and fix scratches as soon as it came in. Another lie... Bought car, since I had already driven another hour and a half....again! The xtra money they gave off price was 480 dollars I fid not have to pay registation ad quoted since dealer had already registeted as lozner, although they kept representing car as NEW. Finance guy was told about the psint fix promise and he noted on paperwork. A few days after purchase, service called and set an appointment in afternoon for scratch repairs. I got another call asking me to change appointment to earlier @ 9 am since the car would have to go to outside shop for scratch repairs and might take all day. Then another call to reschedule due to rain, shop didn't recommend paint repair in rain? Went today after clearing whole day schedule, and drove another hour and a half in commute traffic, only to arrive and told no work order. Told to talk to Sales Manager. Sales manager never came out znd sent our sales person out with a little can of touch up paint and told ys he was sorry but there had been a mess up and we had to do it ourself. I can't believe they tell lies, make promises then do this to customers! I like my car, but this dealership SUCKS! More
Bought a vehicle brand new in December. Fast forward to early June and we are taking our 1st family road trip and are just now learning that the entertainment package with the headphones and the remote con early June and we are taking our 1st family road trip and are just now learning that the entertainment package with the headphones and the remote controls was never given to us by our salesman I called them and spoke with a guy who says I have extras of those come on up here when can you get here I told him I could be there in 15 minutes I was heading out now he stayed on the phone she continued to ask me more questions and about half way to the dealership told me that They didn't have it. He put a supervisor on the phone and I shared with him the gentleman telling me to come up there that they had extras and he says no that's not true we don't have extras I don't know why he would tell you to come up here. While I was on the phone with the sales men he was continually cutting me off and interrupting me and not letting me finish a sentence which was aggravating me causing me to raise my voice as hes telling me to stop yelling. Anyways I've taken the vehicle in their 1st service on 2 occasions and told them that I had a coupon from them to use and both times they didn't apply the coupon and I had to ask them to apply the coupon. The 1st time I went in there 1st service I booked the appointment telling them that I'm having rough transmission is use with its shifting in that I'm hearing a squeaking noise and when I take it in there they told me sorry we only budgeted for enough time for an oil change. The 2nd service I wanted them to visit the vibrations and the squeaking and the trans mission shifting issues and was sure when I booked the appointment with them to tell them to make sure that they allotted enough time for it they promised to have me my truck back by 2:00 p.m.. At 5:00 p.m. I'm bugging them asking them where is my truck. Both times they told me they were unable to duplicate any of the issues no matter how many miles they put on it however when I get in the vehicle and start driving away I experience it right away.
