They were able to find a new transmission at another dealer and were able to have our car back to us in a week so we could have it for an upcoming trip. Even though we were shocked at the cost their pr dealer and were able to have our car back to us in a week so we could have it for an upcoming trip. Even though we were shocked at the cost their price was competitive with other private shops and the key was with the UAW strike the private shops couldn't get the the new transmission and other parts.
