There was none of that unpleasantness at Harmony Motors. They were friendly, easy to work with, and we never felt like they were trying to get one over on us. DJ Roberts is a great sales person and was so easy to work with, he made the process simple and friendly. The documentation process was easy thanks to Chris Nelson, and we felt like he worked to get us the best interest rate possible, and gave us a fair price for our trade-in. This was the best car buying experience we have ever had, we recommend Harmony and their team and will definitely buy from them again. More

Great service I took my 2012 GTI in to check on what sounded like grinding. A service person rode with me and agreed that there was a noticeable grinding sound. They took the car back into the service area out of my sight, but when the car was returned, it had been washed, and the service person said that they had performed a thorough inspection and found only that there was uneven tire wear likely resulting in excessive road noise. He said that the tires were still within safe wear limits, but suggested an alignment when new tires ere bought. There was no charge, even for the car wash. I drove off reassured that my car was okay and happy with the level of service received. More

My current salesperson, Sam Webb, was available throughout the buying process from my initial interest to the final purchase of the vehicle. There was never any pressure, and the final numbers were exactly as the research predicted when valuing my trade and the selling price of the new automobile. Everything was ready when I arrived, and the new car was nicely detailed. Sam provided a brief overview to get me on the road and scheduled a follow-up to address a more thorough overview of the new car. It was a great buying experience, and I really enjoy the new auto! Wrong part replaced I called to have what I thought was the starter replaced. I was told I needed to make sure this part was ordered before I could make an appt. I ordere I called to have what I thought was the starter replaced. I was told I needed to make sure this part was ordered before I could make an appt. I ordered it. I assumed you checked to make sure I needed this part, it was replaced. It cost almost $600. A day later the same issues continued, the problem wasn't fixed. I brought the car in a week later (cause making an appt is almost impossible when you need it), was given a loaner. A week later my car was done, it was the ignition switch. The cost, over $400. I was shocked! I just paid $600 for something I didn't need and it didn't even fix the problem. I talked to Philip and Charles, they couldn't resolve my issue, so I then spoke to the service dept manager. He was horrible. He was rude and called me a liar. I asked to have the part removed or the labor removed from my bill, he declined. I gave you guys $1000 for something that cost roughly $400! I thought you guys cared about your customers but you don't. I'm loyal, never been anywhere else and I go there often, my car is 16 years old. But I don't need to be treated like a liar. I deserve better. More
