As it came time for the usual 'nightmare' of then negotiating a deal with financing, Mike was a true gem and worked out even a better deal/rate than we anticipated and went 'above and beyond' to get us the very best price and financing rate deal. We have rented cars from this dealership before for out-of-town trips, and overall from top to bottom, the service, staff and experience at Toyota West is the most positive car-buying experience we have ever had.
