Let's just say I generally consider Car Salesmen "vultures". I love to trade cars, but hate the process! He came across as very friendly and not agressive. We pretty much new specifics of what we were looking for in a Venza or Highlander. I was trading in a lease Highlander. Shawn allowed us to drive and understood our price range. We did find a Venza in the inventory that meet all of our needs. The process was very easy, the negotiating was kept very simple. This was the most stress-free experience at a dealership that I have had in a very long time. The whole team did a great job. Special thanks goes to our Sales Person Shawn Pires. I'll be back! More

Russell was very knowledgeable about the car models and gave his honest opinion about all of our questions. He was never pushy or condecending as some car salesmen sometimes are. We decided to buy a used Camry from Toyota West based on the quality of the car and the low price we received as well as the way we were treated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle. More

Everyone at Toyota West was extremely helpful, courteous, and did their best to make our shopping experience very enjoyable. We purchased a new Avalon with Navigation in the Zephyr Blue. When my car was totaled, I found myself in the tight situation of having to find another car fairly quickly, but the insurance company was dragging their feet in finalizing the settlement. After visiting more than 8 other dealerships, I found the staff and atmosphere at Toyota West much more comforatble and attentive to my needs. Cordell was great and everyone made my wife and I feel at ease and comforatable. Thye not only had a cra I was interested in but they understood my situation and worked with me to meet my needs. The entire experience was superior to any other car purchase I have ever had. At no time did we ever feel pressured. For me it was worth the 20 drive and I would/will highly recommend Toyota West to others in the future. More
