My wife and I visited Toyota West because we were looking for a used Camry or Honda Accord. We wanted reliability and fuel savings and felt one of these 2 models would meet our needs. We filled out a questionaire with this dealership via the internet and was contacted by Anita Franks. We set up a time to meet with Russell Seward and then made a visit to the dealership. Russell was very knowledgeable about the car models and gave his honest opinion about all of our questions. He was never pushy or condecending as some car salesmen sometimes are. We decided to buy a used Camry from Toyota West based on the quality of the car and the low price we received as well as the way we were treated. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good vehicle. More

Everyone at Toyota West was extremely helpful, courteous, and did their best to make our shopping experience very enjoyable. We purchased a new Avalon with Navigation in the Zephyr Blue. This is the first car we saw when driving onto their lot. We traded in a 2004 Acura RL and they commented that is was one of the nicer cars they had traded for recently. We were given an extremely fair price for the trade and would certainly recommend anyone giving Toyota West a good hard look when shopping for a new car. We thank them in every way. Toyota West made my new vehicle purchase very easy - not a chore. This was probably the first time I didn't second guess a new vehicle purchase as the deal was exceptional and how well I was treated. When my car was totaled, I found myself in the tight situation of having to find another car fairly quickly, but the insurance company was dragging their feet in finalizing the settlement. After visiting more than 8 other dealerships, I found the staff and atmosphere at Toyota West much more comforatble and attentive to my needs. Cordell was great and everyone made my wife and I feel at ease and comforatable. Thye not only had a cra I was interested in but they understood my situation and worked with me to meet my needs. The entire experience was superior to any other car purchase I have ever had. At no time did we ever feel pressured. For me it was worth the 20 drive and I would/will highly recommend Toyota West to others in the future. More

I JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW HOW VERY EXCEPTIONAL THIS COMPANY IS. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND DID NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I HAD BOUGHT MY CURRENT CAR TWO MONTHS AGO AND HAD BOUGHT THE CA IS. I BOUGHT A CAR FROM ANOTHER DEALERSHIP AND DID NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY. I HAD BOUGHT MY CURRENT CAR TWO MONTHS AGO AND HAD BOUGHT THE CAR I TRADED IN AT THE SAME DEALERSHIP. THUS, I HAD BOUGHT TWO CARS FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAD MADE ONLY TWO PAYMENTS ON THIS CAR WHEN IT STARTED ACTING UP. IT HAD NO POWER, WOULD NOT GO INTO OVERDRIVE AND THE ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM AND THEY ADVISED ME TO BRING IT IN. I TOOK MY CAR IN THE NEXT MORNING AND ARRIVED AT 0800 HRS. I TOLD THEM NOT TO DO ANYTHING TO IT UNTIL THEY SPOKE TO ME BECAUSE IT WASN'T UNDER WARRANTY.WE HAD BEEN DEALING WITH A SERIOUS ILLNESS IN THE FAMILY SO FUNDS WERE VERY LOW BECAUSE OF MISSED WORK AND DOCTOR BILLS.I WAS TOLD THAT THEY THOUGHT IT WAS BAD GAS. AFTER SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM FOR 3 HOURS (11:00) I HAD NOT BEEN TALKED TO ABOUT MY CAR. I HAD TO GET SOMEONE TO HAVE THE SERVICE PERSON COME AND TALK TO ME. HE CAME IN AND ADVISED THAT THEY STILL THOUGHT IT WAS BAD GAS AND THAT THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE TO DRAIN IT OUT, CLEAN ALL MY HOSES ETC. AND IT WOULD COST $200.00. I TOLD HIM I DID NOT HAVE $200.00 TO MAKE A GUESS WITH. THE CAR HAD NOT BEEN PUT ON A DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE. HE ADVISED ME THAT THEY WERE STILL TESTING THE GAS. AFTER ANOTHER HOUR (12:00) I FINALLY WENT OUT AND ASKED HIM HOW LONG IT TAKES TO CHECK GAS. HE TOLD ME HE WOULD HAVE TO CHECK AND THEN CAME BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER SAYING THE SAME THING AND IT WOULD BE $200.00. EXCEPT THIS TIME HE STATED THEY HAD TO SEND THE GAS OFF (SOMETHING HE DID NOT STATE IN THE FIRST VISIT WITH ME). I TOLD HIM TO GIVE ME MY CAR. HE BROUGHT IT TO ME AND I TOOK IT TO A LOCAL GARAGE AND HAD IT PUT ON THE MACHINE. IT SHOWED A BAD THROTTLE POSITIONING SENSOR. IT TOOK 5 MINUTES TO FIND THE PROBLEM AS OPPOSED TO THE 4 HOURS AT THE DEALERSHIP. UNFORTUNATELY, THE PART IS VERY HARD TO FIND AND VERY COSTLY. THIS DEALERSHIP APOLOGIZED AND PROMISED PHONE CALLS THAT NEVER CAME. THEY DID NOT SEEM TO CARE AT ALL AND DID NOTHING TO HELP A REGULAR CUSTOMER IN DISTRESS. THAT'S OK. THIS CUSTOMER MADE A PHONE CALL TO TOYOTA WEST EXPLAINING MY PROBLEM. INSTEAD OF THE CRAP THAT I GOT FROM THE OTHER DEALERSHIP, THIS DEALERSHIP WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME.NOT ONLY DID THEY TRY TO GET ME A NEW PART THAT I COULD AFFORD RIGHT NOW, BUT THEY FOUND ME A USED ONE. SO THE COST OF FIXING MY CAR WENT FROM $500.00 TO $80.00. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TO HELP ME, I WASN'T THEIR CUSTOMER....HOWEVER, I AM NOW AND ALL MY FRIENDS WILL KNOW ABOUT THESE SPECIAL PEOPLE. THEY WILL ALSO KNOW ABOUT THE CRAPPY DEALERSHIP I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH TOYOTA WEST ESPECIALLY, MIKE GLOVER AND BILLY DRAUGHAN. IT'S GOOD TO KNOW THAT THERE IS A BUSINESS THAT STILL CARES ABOUT PEOPLE, NOT JUST THE PRODUCT. More
