Being a new resident, I decided to canvass ALL dealers within a 40 mile range of of Charlotte when my 2008 Highlander lease was up for 2012 replacement car. First impressions usually decide for me if I am purchasing anything from the individual with whom I am attempting to purchase through. He later described himself as boring as did his co-workers but I found him to be not that way at all.
