Long story short...my wife and I bought a car about a year and a half ago. The next week I hurt my back and had to have some surgeries. It has been hard for me to get in and out and to put my daughter year and a half ago. The next week I hurt my back and had to have some surgeries. It has been hard for me to get in and out and to put my daughter in her car seat. Our family is now growing again, so I was out just looking at some vans. Been to several other dealerships, but thought their prices were crazy. The only vans that I thought were in my price range were the Dodge and Chrysler mini vans, but I really don't think they have a good quality product like the Toyota Sienna. Ended up visiting Toyota West in Statesville. My family has bought a half a dozen or more cars there during the past ten years or so. I was looking at the van that I ended up purchasing when I heard a familiar voice...John Mykins. I've purchased 3 vehicles from John Mykins now. He is the man. He makes it top priority to take care of his people. He doesn't keep you waiting all day and doesn't play games with ya. I wasn't sure if I could afford to trade or not, but John worked with me and got me an answer fast. I told him I was going to think about it and maybe come back later with my wife. I called him back later and asked some more questions, and then told him we would be back out there in about 15 minutes. When we got there, he had the van sitting right in front of the dealership, filled with gas, warming up, and ready for us to teat drive. He explained a lot of the options to my wife and I before we left to try it out. We came back and decided to make the purchase. It was as pain free, as buying a car could be. We even got a better warranty than we could have got on a new one. I absolutely love this van! I can get in and out of it and get my daughter in and out just fine. I feel like I can be a father again! I don't have to lean all in the side to strap my daughter in. I can't wait to load up and take our next vacation...not to mention bringing my new baby home later this summer. Thanks Toyota West and John! You guys and gals ROCK! More

I live in Raleigh. NC and this is at least the third car that I have bought from this dealership since moving to Raleigh. Even though I have not lived in Statesville for over 30 years, I feel like I am sti that I have bought from this dealership since moving to Raleigh. Have you wanted to go to a dealership where you felt like they wanted your business? Where the dealership values your wishes and doesn't talk you in or out of a decision? Toyota West has been that dealership for me ... they listened when I described what car I wanted, how much I wanted to spend, and were able to get me behind the wheel of the car that I wanted. Whenever I walked in there, they treated me as a human being and not as a mark buying a car. They made me feel wanted and important and unfortunately you don't get that at many dealerships today! The customer service department has been very helpful with any issue or question that I have had. All the people at Toyota West were a pleasure to work with, but the one person that stood out was John Mykins. I could not have asked for a better person to deal with. During the test drive of the truck I just bought a small rock flew off a truck that I was following and put a chip in the windshield. When I told John about it he said no problem we will replace the windshied. they could of had it repaired but that was not an option, the windshield was replaced. I would recommend Toyota West to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, I have no regrets. More
