I was extremely pleased with the customer care I recieved from Ryan Davidson and Toyota West. I actually purchased this vehicle over the phone while I was traveling out of state. Ryan was exceptionally friendy and courteous. When I got back into town I went to pick up my vehicle (hour and a half drive); the vehicle was just as Ryan had described over the phone. This was very important to me as I had purchased this vehicle site unseen. Ryan completely described the vehicle and was very exact and truthful in his representation of the vehicle and of Toyota West. My overall experience was superb. Historically I have hated buying a vehicle; however my experience with Toyota West and Ryan Davidson has shown me that a vehicle purchase can be painless. From the time I walked into the sales room, I was put at ease by Mr. Whaley by his friendly and straightforward approach. I was at no time pressured for an answer or a response to the information other than to confirm the information as being accurate. I was given the opportunity to drive two vehicles (A Corolla and a Camry) to get an indication which vehicle I was comfortable with as we were down sizing from a Sienna. After I indicated my interest in the Camry,I was provided with three options to consider regarding the purchase or lease or to stay with my vehicle. I was invited to drive the vehicle to my residence and take a drive with my wife and talk with her about the options presented. During this entire time, Mr Whaley was very patient with my questions and requests and answered every question I had. After choosing to purchase the Camry, the process was completed in a timely manner and I received a very through overview of the Camry. I was very much impressed with the level of knowledge all through the process. More
