I have had the opportunity to purchase 3 new cars in the last 8 years and must say my experience in purchasing my Highlander from Jerry and Anita has by far been the best experience ever. Thank you Jerry and Anita for making what I consider a large purchase that would normally cause me great anxiety on many levels one of the most pleasant things I have done in a long time. It all started about 9 months ago when I began a search for a Highlander Hybrid that would suit my needs for transporting my puppies to and from work (about 4 hours). Obviously I needed a comfy car along with being spacious enough to accommodate two big dogs. I had my heart set on a Blizzard Pearl Highlander Hybrid and began the search with my local dealer in my hometown. Understanding that 2012 Highlander Hybrids were hard to come by, I knew that it would take some time but my local dealer did not seem to understand the urgency along with my commitment to purchasing a vehicle because I just kept getting calls telling me they were unable to locate a "Blizzard Pearl” but would keep trying - maybe in the next shipment we may get lucky! Well that went on for about 8 months and finally my husband decided to reach out online. It was a matter of hours and we received an email from Anita Franks acknowledging our email and wanting to help us find the car we were looking for. Long story short she hooked us up with Jerry and he bent over backwards – going above and beyond to take care of us and made sure we had the vehicle we were looking for. Even though the dealership where these two excellent employees work is quite some distance from where I reside, when in the market again for another Toyota I will be picking up a phone and calling Toyota West and asking for Jerry or Anita! WEnt in to get my wife's car serviced and it needed major work so decided to look into a new deal, they sold me a new van for well below invoice. As he was 3 years ago, Jerry was so wonderful in helping me purchase a vehicle for my parents, a quite nerve-wracking experience for me. While we crunched through the numbers, Joe Sckipp remembered me from my visit 3 years ago as well and came by and said hello. I was amazed he still remembered me. We worked with Mike Gurley for financing and he was so helpful in informing us of all documentation required and assured us we could call him any time we needed to (Jerry did the same). I would go back again and again to Toyota West and purchase another vehicle, even though I live in South Carolina and have a Toyota dealership in my town. I have always received such great customer service and care and that's one of the things I value most, especially with larger purchases. More
