I was referred to Toyota West by a good friend of mine, who is quite particular about his truck and the people with whom he does business. When I told him that I was in the market for a new or used Toyota who is quite particular about his truck and the people with whom he does business. When I told him that I was in the market for a new or used Toyota, he told me to head over to talk to Toyota West and ask for Russell Seward. My first impression of Russell was a good one... he knew what he was talking about and immediatlely made me feel good about my decision to stop in. We spent the next 3 weeks reviewing options and pricing and Russell worked hard to get me a good trade-in price for my car. Russell also took the time to help my wife and I through a last-minute decision that ultiamtely landed us in a used (new to us) Toyota Tacoma. In short, Russell is "the man". He was a pleasure to work with! I also want to point out the great work that Chris Haverstick does there at Toyota West. He was also a pleasure to work with, quite funny too, as he help my wife and I through what is usually the most painful part car/truck shopping - financing! Chris took the time to work with my bank, back and forth to find the right person when he needed to get someone on the line - all to ensure that the process went smoothly. Both my phone and face-to-face experiences with Mr. Lambert were excellent. Jerry greeted my wife and I immediately upon our arrival. We were at the dealership for our 5000 miles maintance and decided to walk around the lot. While looking at the used cars we found one that we were interested in test driving.
