This was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. The Toyota staff took a no-haggle, fair price approach and made it so easy to get into a new car quickly. I never felt pushed to buy a car - they were willing to find whatever I wanted even if it wasn't on the lot. It truly felt like the #1 goal was to get me into the car that was right for me and that I would be happy with. Russell and Cordell took care of me from the first step I took onto the lot until I drove off in my new RAV4. Russell did an excellent job of explaining all the features on my car before and after the sale - the man knows his cars inside and out! I am thrilled with all the safety upgrades I'm getting as well - more airbag and crash protection, back up camera (love it!) and better aerodynamics and gas mileage. He even took time to connect my iPhone to the built-in bluetooth as well as giving me a lesson on lights, wipers, steering wheel controls, etc. I haven't even needed to refer to the owner's manual! And while Cordell was making the paperwork as painless as possible, Russell filled up my gas tank. Did I mention all the cool extra perks?: free oil changes and tire rotations (3 yrs or 35K miles), free car washes every time I bring the car in for service and my very own Toyota Personal Assistant/Concierge service. Toyota West made buying a new car a pleasure! More
