Very good experience from start to finish. We visited Toyota West just to get an idea of the options we'd want on our Sienna. Shane was very friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of time to check out Toyota West just to get an idea of the options we'd want on our Sienna. Shane was very friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of time to check out a Sienna and take it for a test drive. He appreciated we were just there to look the car over but made us a very good deal before we left, which got us thinking more seriously about a purchase. The next day, Shane and I spoke several times, and he was able to offer further reductions in price. The negotiation process is always stressful for me, but Shane was helpful and straightforward during this process as well. I felt like he and Joe Sckipp went above and beyond to get the "out the door" price on the Sienna into a range that seemed reasonable to us based on the research I'd done. Once we settled on a price, Shane was also able to provide information on financing over the phone. He also had the van cleaned up that afternoon, so that the signing process went quickly and smoothly when we arrived at the dealership that evening. Mike Gurley helped with this process as well by taking us quickly through the financial paperwork. Shane then took the time to get my wife's phone paired with our new van. We have not purchased a new vehicle since 2002, and that was from a Toyota dealership in Virginia. The experience this time around was much, much better. We would definitely recommend Shane, and Toyota West in general, to anyone shopping for a new Toyota. More
