Great Service! I recently traded my 2013 Corolla for my new 2014 Camry and I love it!! I worked with Jerry Lambert as well as two other employees (sorry I can't rem I recently traded my 2013 Corolla for my new 2014 Camry and I love it!! I worked with Jerry Lambert as well as two other employees (sorry I can't remember their names) but everyone was SUPER NICE and helpful. I worked with Jerry with my 2013 Corolla and he was just as awesome this time. I left a cd in my car and he actually called me and told me he got it for me. That may not seem like a big deal to other people but it meant a lot to me. The fact that he called me before I called him to tell me about my cd spoke volumes. I LOVE dealing with Toyota West and Jerry Lambert!! I couldn't have asked for a better experience!! More

How to have the best new car purchase experience ever! 1) Plan ahead. Save for your next car, even if you have to start years on advance of your purchase. The better your downpayment, the more choices and 1) Plan ahead. Save for your next car, even if you have to start years on advance of your purchase. The better your downpayment, the more choices and flexibility you will have on the day you decide to show up at the dealership! 2) Know what you want. Know what it costs. Know what your trade is worth. Know how much you want to pay, and if you get a loan, how much you are willing to pay each month. 3) Use the Toyota website and build your car. Build it several times, over several weeks, before you set foot on the dealer's lot. Build it several different ways, with different options. Understand what those options are, and if they are a part of a "package". Write down any questions you have and take them with you on the day you decide to go to the dealer. If you do your homework, you shouldn't have many questions. 4) When you build your car on the Toyota website, calculate your payments with various amounts down/trade, and don't let a dealer harass you into buying before you are within the parameters that you have set for yourself. And if a dealer DOES harass and pressure you to buy *now*, even if you have told them you are saving money and you're not ready to buy, walk away from that dealer and take your business elsewhere! (Go to Toyota West!) 5) While you are building your car on the Toyota website, pay attention to manufacturer and dealer specials found on the website and watch for TV and radio spots advertising specials. If you're seeing and hearing an uptick in specials, there's a reason, and it is sometimes this: 6) Did the manufacturer just introduce next year's model? If so, there'll be some lot-clearing special offers on the way. Pay attention. 7) If you have to drive a little farther, or drive past a different dealership, to get to a dealership that treats you with a cordial and welcoming respect, do it. It's worth the gas and the time. I did all of these things, and I drove a little farther, to purchase my car from Toyota West in Statesville. I would - and will - recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in a Toyota, or a Scion. It was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. Hands down.
