Picking up the car took about 1.5 hours. It was longer than I'd like but much faster than most dealers do. Overall it was a easy low pressure experience. I would def. recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new or used Toyota. More

Service dept is poor. One star is actually too good for Flow Toyota. Service is not up to par. They will not call you back when they say they will. They put my wife in a precarious position when they checked under the hood to look at the filters only to not notice that battery acid was leaking from a broken post and had spewed all over the engine. Leads me to believe that they didn't look under the hood or replace the filters they charged her for. We will be taking our business elsewhere. More

Treated like they wanted my business. I have owned a LOT of cars..more than many would believe. I have dealt with a ton of dealerships. Of all of them...this is the only one that I don't h I have owned a LOT of cars..more than many would believe. I have dealt with a ton of dealerships. Of all of them...this is the only one that I don't have anything but good things to say about them when describing them. Yes they're a dealership so they can be expensive but fact is...they're ALL expensive and if I have to give my hard earned money to one, I at least want to feel like they appreciate my business. And more importantly I don't want to go to a dealership and feel like I'm bothering them...which has happened many times at other dealerships (Randy Marion comes to mind). Every single person at Flow Toyota (a.k.a Toyota West) is pleasant and they actually want to help you. I have dealt with all areas of this dealership from sales, service, and even the bodyshop and each and every time they were top of the line. Heck they even serviced a non Toyota vehicle for me when the dealer who should have been servicing it didn't have time for me. Congratulations to these guys as being the ONLY dealership ever in my many years of dealership experience to get a full 5 stars overall from me. Like I said...a little pricey (as all dealerships are as far as I'm concerned)....but if I gotta give it to someone I choose them. More

I've bought several used cars before and they all had rugs in them.. i have asked several times for rugs and they keep telling me they will find me some and 6 months later still no rugs...they don't live up to their *ding* warrenty either.. I'm paying all this extra money for the *top of the line* package but haven't got done right.. also when they tell you that they *detail* your car when you bring it in for oil changes and maintence..they need to rephrase that and be honest with customers and tell them they just run it threw the car wash!!! More
