Freaking Nightmare ! Went there to have my key fob reprogrammed . I had a appointment,it took 5 hours to NOT to fix the issue . I was told I have to understand that they Went there to have my key fob reprogrammed . I had a appointment,it took 5 hours to NOT to fix the issue . I was told I have to understand that they had 60 bookings today. “ NOT MY PROBLEM’” . There was another Man who was getting his oil changed and was there since 10am had to leave and come back at 3pm and his work still wasn’t finished.He was just as frustrated as I was.! . Then I was given a $1400 estimate for a result of their findings But the issue I was there for was still not resolved. Left there very furious and headed to auto zone for new batteries in the key fob and a battery bracket tightened. Shame on you Flow Nissan! You ruined my day and ever having the opportunity to service my car ever again. More

This is by far the worse experience ever! I arrived on time for a 10 am appointment, only to be told there is a 2 hour wait! If you don't honor appointment times, then why schedule them?! went in for Family care plan oil change they informed us that we needed To do a tire rotation to which we usually only have to do every other time after 10 years going in there they informed as we need to that we needed To do a tire rotation to which we usually only have to do every other time after 10 years going in there they informed as we need to pay for the oil change that should've been free since we didn't do the suggested service (over $300 more) those were not part of our original family care plan for 2013 I will never step foot in that dealership again More

The person checking me in was very unknowledgeable of what was going on as far as warranty is concerned. My name is Alexander Moore and I know my hub was replaced there before. The last 2 times that I received Service at Flow(incomplete). I had a simple service appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. Both times to include today…The Tech forgot the Stickers on the Flow(incomplete). I had a simple service appointment. Oil change and tire rotation. Both times to include today…The Tech forgot the Stickers on the window, did not properly inflate the tires and did not turn off the warning light for my tires and oil change reminder! I bought this Car there in 2018 and I would think that Me as the customer should receive Better Treatment. More
