This dealership is horrible. They do not care about helping you. They want to take your money. I purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima in 2013 and it came with the “family plan”. I mad They do not care about helping you. They want to take your money. I purchased my 2013 Nissan Altima in 2013 and it came with the “family plan”. I made appointment for today for tire rotation and oil change and they inform me that I am no longer on the family plan! How? Since when? Why would they not notify me. I had to ask to make sure they seen I was on the plan and they told me there was a note in the system stating I was not on the family plan! WOOOOOOOW! I spoke to GM who could care less and gave me the number to corporate and said they would tell me the same thing he did. Which is that I opted out of services, which isn’t true. So since I opted out I automatically opt out of the family plan. The thing is I’ve been told this years ago and since I was informed I never opted out a service again. So why would I jeopardize that now. I am so unhappy and EVERYTIME I come for service I have discrepancies with this “family plan”. I will never purchase a vehicle from FLOW again. More

He was excellent sales person. The night before I bought he car he put lot of effort in making sure the car was in best shap before handing me the keys. And questions I asked him in the day of getting the car he was straight forward with it and Answered all my questions. He made sure my wife well taking care of as well. Tried his hardest to get payment down to my wife liking even after we couldn’t afford the first amount. He still put all of his effort to bring it down for us. Which shows he cares about his customers. Great employee all around. Definitely would recommend him and just the whole Nissan of Fayetteville as whole.
