The service I received at Fred Anderson Nissan was horrible!! Especially the service department! I bought a 2011 Altima from them with very low mileage plus I was suppose to get the "THE FAMILY PLAN" horrible!! Especially the service department! I bought a 2011 Altima from them with very low mileage plus I was suppose to get the "THE FAMILY PLAN" with all these benefits that I will never use because I live almost 2 hours away. First, let me say, the sales person (or lady) was great, she pointed us in the right direction as far as the car we needed . But after we drove off the lot, we started having issues with the brakes squawking, and the car shaking when you're getting closer to 70mph. This is not even 25 days after. I call several days and no positive feedback. I decided to make a service appointment and take a day off work to drop the car off. I got to the service center and the first thing was "we don't have an appointment on file" and later said they'll still help me. we got to the counter and the service assistant manager (Mike) told me that it will cast me $96 to get a dynastic on my car! Mind you I only had the car for 25 days. I explain to him that I just got the car and he told me that I will have to talk to the sales department instead of saying "let me call the sales department" (it was almost like saying not my problem). I told him to go ahead and I'll walk over to the sales department. I got there and spoke to the sales manager and he told me to hold on. I didn't hear back from him. I decided to walk back to the service department after an hour and the service guy (Mike) wasn't there. I asked the lady sitting there and she told me that I had bad brakes, rotors and my car needed balancing also. Needless to say no one called me, I have been waiting for an hour or more and again my car is less than 25 days old! She later told me that it will cost almost $500 to get everything fix. These are problem that should have been fix before I even got the car! So I just drove almost two hours to get someone to tell me I need to give them another $500 for a car that I just bought. I could have done that at the local nissan dealership. Anyway, the lady told me she couldn't really help me because Mike (the service guy) went to lunch and won't be back for about an hour and mind you, I'M WAITING. Really!!!!! I was so frustrated that I went through my email to find a manager or called the Business Development Manager on his phone. I told him that I was in the building and he called me in his office. I explain my situation to him and he told me to give him a minute to figure out what was going on with my car. Finally, the sales manager came to me and said he will cover half of the cost that wasn't my fault in the first place! Plus he didn't even know that it was that much and thought it was a $100 job. So I asked for the cost and he decided to call the service department. They told him the cost and he finally decided to cover everything but I will have to wait another 2 hours. After all of this, I was stuck at this NISSAN dealership for more than 6 hours and drive 2 hours home, totaling a 10 hour day! I won't even get water from them even if it's free!!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE GOTTEN WITH ANY CAR!!! More

I came in to get my Nissan Sentra service. I asked one of the Financial person about the new 2013 Nissan Sentra I took a look and he introduce me to Mr. Nate McCorwie .I took a look and from talking with Mr the Financial person about the new 2013 Nissan Sentra I took a look and he introduce me to Mr. Nate McCorwie .I took a look and from talking with Mr. McCorwie he new his merchandise a wonderful saleman .I like my 2013 Sentra. This is my third one.He didn't pressure me to buy made sure I got the color I wanted.It wasn't on the lot but the manger located me one that same day.I was very happy.Keep on being the wonderful saleman you are. I was honest with her, and the fact that I was also looking at another dealership/car; but her honesty, personality, and can do attitude helped me make my decision within 1-2 days. She worked with me and followed through with all my specifications right down to the color of my "New 2013 Nissan Rogue". The overall dealership to include the sales, managers, and financing office was fantastic, they all made me feel at home. This dealership showed me the difference between a regular dealership, and an outstanding dealership. I rate this dealership great on all questions. They deserve it based on my recent purchase. I've always gone out of town to get a better deal but, Fred Anderson Nissan had better online prices and a la deserve it based on my recent purchase. Mamie Rowe is a very helpful and friendly sales person at this dealership. She help me get my dream car. Ms. Rowe made my whole; "buying a car experience in Fayetteville" great! Her listening and understanding my needs and knowledge got me into a new car I wanted and needed. You have been the best car sales person I've had. On 7/9/2013 I had my Nissan Quest serviced at Fred Anderson. When I called and explained my problem with my car, Mike (service manager), told me to bring it in and they would do their best to help me. Anderson. I called the day before and was given an appointment in the morning. The ladies in your service department were very friendly and courteous from the moment my daughter and I arrived. I thought they wouldn't be so nice, because I own an older car. I had taken the car to another Nissan dealer the day before and was told that I would need to drop the transmission ( a $1000+ job) to remove this one ($30) part. The mechanic that worked on my car, DAVID CLARK, was excellent!! He really worked hard on getting the part out of my car (without dropping the transmission). I could tell he really put a lot of effort into his job. After he put the new part in my car, he came and found me to tell me that my problem was fixed. The ladies and gentlemen at your service counter were very friendly and helpful the numerous times I approached the counter with a question. I have been in a customer service based career my entire adult life and the employees at Fred Anderson exceeded my expectations on friendliness and courtesy. My daughter and I both had a very pleasant experience at this dealership and WILL recommend this dealership to everyone we know!! More
