The financing guys were great in making sure we got the best interest rate for balance of the loan. We were offered all items for maintenance and explain in detail how we could maintain vehicle without worry of so much out of pocket expenses. A return customer within three years. More

Our salesman Mike Toy went above and beyond most salesman with whom we have dealt. He also followed us to our home to pick up the title of the vehicle we were trading in so that we would not have to make a return trip. When we had questions about a couple of features, he was able to quickly answer our questions on the phone. We returned to the dealership with questions about blue tooth (which he had previously explained) and he had us connected to blue tooth in a matter of minutes. He was a great help to us seniors. All personnel whom we encountered were very warm and inviting and made every effort to make us feel welcome. We will not hesitate to recommend Mike Toy and Fred Anderson Nissan of Fayetteville. The service I received at Fred Anderson Nissan was horrible!! Especially the service department! I bought a 2011 Altima from them with very low mileage plus I was suppose to get the "THE FAMILY PLAN" horrible!! Especially the service department! I bought a 2011 Altima from them with very low mileage plus I was suppose to get the "THE FAMILY PLAN" with all these benefits that I will never use because I live almost 2 hours away. First, let me say, the sales person (or lady) was great, she pointed us in the right direction as far as the car we needed . But after we drove off the lot, we started having issues with the brakes squawking, and the car shaking when you're getting closer to 70mph. This is not even 25 days after. I call several days and no positive feedback. I decided to make a service appointment and take a day off work to drop the car off. I got to the service center and the first thing was "we don't have an appointment on file" and later said they'll still help me. we got to the counter and the service assistant manager (Mike) told me that it will cast me $96 to get a dynastic on my car! Mind you I only had the car for 25 days. I explain to him that I just got the car and he told me that I will have to talk to the sales department instead of saying "let me call the sales department" (it was almost like saying not my problem). I told him to go ahead and I'll walk over to the sales department. I got there and spoke to the sales manager and he told me to hold on. I didn't hear back from him. I decided to walk back to the service department after an hour and the service guy (Mike) wasn't there. I asked the lady sitting there and she told me that I had bad brakes, rotors and my car needed balancing also. Needless to say no one called me, I have been waiting for an hour or more and again my car is less than 25 days old! She later told me that it will cost almost $500 to get everything fix. These are problem that should have been fix before I even got the car! So I just drove almost two hours to get someone to tell me I need to give them another $500 for a car that I just bought. I could have done that at the local nissan dealership. Anyway, the lady told me she couldn't really help me because Mike (the service guy) went to lunch and won't be back for about an hour and mind you, I'M WAITING. Really!!!!! I was so frustrated that I went through my email to find a manager or called the Business Development Manager on his phone. I told him that I was in the building and he called me in his office. I explain my situation to him and he told me to give him a minute to figure out what was going on with my car. Finally, the sales manager came to me and said he will cover half of the cost that wasn't my fault in the first place! Plus he didn't even know that it was that much and thought it was a $100 job. So I asked for the cost and he decided to call the service department. They told him the cost and he finally decided to cover everything but I will have to wait another 2 hours. After all of this, I was stuck at this NISSAN dealership for more than 6 hours and drive 2 hours home, totaling a 10 hour day! I won't even get water from them even if it's free!!! THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE GOTTEN WITH ANY CAR!!! More
