I had outstanding service I new about this dealership from traveling. I called the dealership an spoke to mike beck I told him what I was looking for. Very frustrating experience with sales personnel at Flow Lex I spend about 25 minutes with the GM on the phone, trying to work out an acceptable price between a 2016 Lexus GX with but 8833 miles on it and our 20 I spend about 25 minutes with the GM on the phone, trying to work out an acceptable price between a 2016 Lexus GX with but 8833 miles on it and our 2008 Lexus GX being used as a trade-in. I used KBB as my resource to sharpen my pencil and get to what I expected to be a fair price to pay for the upgrade. The following morning, after we had agreed on a price, I emailed the dealership about the certification and warranty remaining on this vehicle. They cam back right away and stated that this vehicle is not certified and it would cost us $1195 to get it certified. My blood pressure immediately shot up, both because the GM never ever mentioned thru the entire telephone call the previous day that this vehicle was not certified- you would think that, knowing how important the Lexus brand name was, that the GM would have mentioned this early on in the conversation, especially with the car being a 2016 with only 8833 miles on it and one owner. The dealership would not back down off the $1195 price for certification, so I walked away in total frustration. I passed this along to Lexus customer service over the phone and they certainly understood why I was so made and agreed to pass my complaint along to the powers above. DO NOT GIVE FLOW LEXUS any of your business- go somewhere else. I hope that my experience with Flow Lexus information is valuable. More
I was appalled of how unprofessional they handled problems I went along with my parents as they were buying a slightly used Lexus RX350. I had recently bought a new Kia Sportage from Kia and had excellent ser I went along with my parents as they were buying a slightly used Lexus RX350. I had recently bought a new Kia Sportage from Kia and had excellent service there so of course I expected even BETTER service here at Lexus. They had been one day but picked up the next day. From one day to the other 4 employees there including a manager had 4 different stories and versions about the warranty and things they promised. Each one of them had their versions of the warranty process. They had told my mother a completely different story the night before and when my mom questioned them about it the manager came in and immediately became very angry and defensive. He should have apologized immediately about any misunderstand but instead came off as a complete xxxxxxx and arrogant and insisted he was the one that was correct. This is NOT how you conduct business. All of them denied saying what my mom knew she was told. Still NO apology was given. They begin boasting about how wonderful the new warranty program is yet after they were done they immediately began to push adding additional warranties onto the car. If their warranty program was so amazing as they say then why did they need to buy all this extra?! Can someone please tell me why?! So they can make money...... it's obvious that's all they cared about. They did not care that they were not consistent in what they were saying or xxxxxxxx. One of them went into Insurance and talking about what's not covered and why they need this extra warranty. I asked him if he was an insurance agent as well and he was not. I told him quickly that I am a licensed insurance agent in NC and he was incorrect and misleading them. He again immediately became extremely defensive and rude trying to make me feel bad. All I was trying to do was give him the correct knowledge and share my past experience with warranties with him. He did not care what so ever and kept cutting me off every other sentence. I mean why do my parents need to pay $3500 for roadside assistance when their insurance covers the same things for $2 per month? They are greedy and money hungry people there. They were the most unprofessional team I have ever met in my life. Those poor sales men sure don't have anyone to look up to because of the manager they have to look up to. They could have turned this experience around and apologized for the wrong and make this better but instead they HAD to be right, yet they were quick with here sign here and write us that check. A good manager would make sure that when it comes to explaining things that it was even across the board in what everyone was saying and when you don't know you ask. It's very simple. I see there has been so many good experiences and reviews here and I am just EXTREMELY disappointed in this dealership. They should be help to a higher standard than how they were acting. Childish behavior is unacceptable. I could not wait to get out of there...... I hope I never have to go back. More

We had the pleasure of working with Wally Gordon, one of the sales consultants at Flow Lexus. Wally was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He is an all around great guy!
