He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. In addition he was very helpful in explaining my cars features and made sure i was comfortable with everything before leaving. Zach was also great and had a very great positive in advising us financially! I had a great first experience and felt very comfortable. I’m beyond happy with my purchase. Top notch service personnel I'm in sales and time is of the essence for me. I came there on a typical Monday morning unannounced were you roll up and I was 5 cars deep. I expressed my issue with Ronnie Majors and within 10 minutes he had a service tech review the issue and ride with me to xxxxx the issue. I was in a rental 5 minutes after talking with the service tech and on the road again. I got my car back that afternoon with the problem resolved. This is why I recommend Flow Lexus to all my buddies. The service from start to finish is hands down second to none. I don't write a lot of reviews but when I'm satisfied I don't mind taking the 5 minutes to give back the appreciation! More
