I had a wonderful experience at Flow Chevrolet. I was actually unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted when I first visited the dealership. All I knew was that my current car was no longer suitable for me actually unsure of the type of vehicle I wanted when I first visited the dealership. All I knew was that my current car was no longer suitable for me and my growing family. The salesman, Chris Kelley was great and helped to steer me in the right direction. I test drove an Equinox and loved it! I was concerned it was a little out of my price range but Flow worked with me and got me a price that works for me. I am very happy with the team at Flow and will definitely return when I buy my next vehicle. More
I went in to look at new cars and ended up purchasing the best car I've ever owned. Jeremiah was an incredible salesman and to this day still help with any of my car related needs. Everyone at the dealership best car I've ever owned. Jeremiah was an incredible salesman and to this day still help with any of my car related needs. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful the entire time I was purchasing my car and always when I go back for service needs or to have my car washed. They helped make sure I had the exact car that I wanted and that everything I needed was taken care of. I highly recommend them! More

I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Great is not a strong enough word to describe the experience I had with them. I had been looking for a vehicle for months and had actually gi know. Great is not a strong enough word to describe the experience I had with them. I had been looking for a vehicle for months and had actually given up until I received a call from Kevin Bruce. He asked me if I was still interested and even though I was hesitant, I said "yes". His response was "I know I have the perfect car for you". Still skeptical, I proceeded to go and see what he had. Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the door by a very pleasant receptionist named Sharon. She immediately got Kevin who then introduced me to my wonderful salesman, Steve Cooke. I did not feel pressured at all. The staff at this dealership will not haggle you. I have the car I prayed for and I received exceptional service from all of them. If you have time and are in the market for a new vehicle, stop by Flow Chevrolet and ask for Steve. He is the best!! More
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2013 Suburban and the experience couldn't have been better. Chris Kelley and Scott Hooker were awesome to work with. I was so happy wit purchased a 2013 Suburban and the experience couldn't have been better. Chris Kelley and Scott Hooker were awesome to work with. I was so happy with my experience, we purchased a Silverado for my husband in the same week. Again, great experience all the way around. I referred my niece to Flow, and again, she had a wonderful experience also. Steve Cook and Scott Hooker really helped her out with her purchase. Everyone at Flow is so friendly. James Glasscoe in the service department is great too. Highly recommend Flow for all of your car needs. More

I am a busy mother of 2 so my time is very limited however being its 2013 I figured it wouldn't take all day to buy a car....WRONG! The sales person I worked with was very nice however the process is however being its 2013 I figured it wouldn't take all day to buy a car....WRONG! The sales person I worked with was very nice however the process is ludicrous . After picking out a car which mind you I had already done my homework and knew this was the car I wanted to purchase he still had to do this bevy of paperwork before I could get a price. Now, fast forward 30 min to completion of my personal info on what seemed like 10 different papers! I watched my sales person berated by the General Manager. My sales person returned back to where I was sitting and gave me a price which was the same price I saw on line. I would like to offer some advice to the "general manager" 1) Please don't waste your customers time with all the unnecessary paperwork just to get a price! 2) be careful how you talk to people especially your staff because your customers are listening. And no I did not purchase a car from flow Chevrolet I did buy from Mr Flow as my family has for years however I did switch brands. In a whole the flow organization is a top shelf company I just don't understand how this yo yo made it thru the cracks. Monica More
The reason there aren't any other reviews speaks volumes. This moron brooms customers to Hendrick Cadillac in Raleigh. Hendrick will porter a new car and even come get your car for service if the customer do This moron brooms customers to Hendrick Cadillac in Raleigh. Hendrick will porter a new car and even come get your car for service if the customer does not want to drive 80 miles. Hendrick is a full service store and goes above and beyond the call of duty for every customer. David boasts about all of the lease customers he re-ups which from what I can tell is the only reason they sell a few units. When GM closed crappy stores, they missed this one. In my opinion, Arnold Palmer does a better job. Btw, GM closed Arnold Palmer. This guy probably has worked here for 20 years. His boss must be an idiot and never visits the store. If you go to service, the folks there are great. But once again, any little warranty item must be run by David to approve. His method of "taking care of the customer, is to insult them, their car and suggest they trade in and buy a new one using GM's special programs. He tells you to drive a new car just to let him know what you think. Then he traps you in his pissy little GM office and tries to hard close a deal. I have been there 6 times. Bought from Hendrick, and wouldn't go back to FLOW CADILLAC for anything. Not for love, money or even to die! If Don Flow had a clue he would transfer this guy to another store. I recommend one in a large city. David couldn't survive really having to work in a real Cadillac store. Old school GM. Best recommendation is skip Cadillac and buy a BMW. Why eat at McDonalds when you can have fine dining everyday. Please call David and allow him the opportunity to demonstrate his 20 years of being a fool. As they say, you've been warned. Good luck, but never go to FLOW CADILLAC in WINSTON SALEM, NC. Maybe the owner will visit and see what a poor job his idiotic Cadillac General Manager does with Sales, Service and Parts. Try getting a part. David has cut the staff so much you'll wait 30-45 minutes to get a part (the parts guy Trent is great though). Better yet, go online to Flow GM parts and buy through the non dealership site. The parts cost less than wholesale. Hey Don Flow, go "eat some of your own dog food" and visit FLOW CADILLAC. Maybe you will grow a pair and reorganize the Cadillac store. First step, move David someplace he can't do more damage. Detroit seems like a great training location for your idiot Cadillac GM. The review expressed is my personal opinion. I would encourage anyone to verify my findings and formulate their own opinion. For serious Cadillac buyers, the GM at Hendrick Cadillac in Cary, NC is Raymond Cerf. He is wonderful and has many customers from FLOW because of what you just read in my multi visit review. More
