I bought my car here and have used the service department a few times. Every time they take almost twice the time to finish as they quote. They took two hours to do an oil change. Then just today I had an appointment to fix something non-mechanical. They told me it would be one and a half to two hours. After two hours and fourth five minutes (the last hour with no updates) I demanded to speak to a manager and finally got my car a few minutes later. I will not return. I will try modern Chevy next time. More
My check engine light came on and I needed to get my car fixed, I brought my car into the dealership to have an estimate done for the repairs. I was told that the total cost of repairs would be 2,300 sens fixed, I brought my car into the dealership to have an estimate done for the repairs. I was told that the total cost of repairs would be 2,300 sensors would have to be replaced the carpet removed because the sensor was under the carpet sway bar bushings replaced etc.....as it turned out nothing they said was true the did diagnostics cost were 375.00 after refusing service I brought my car to another ASE certified mechanic who did a quick diagnostic on the car and informed me my battery needed replacing, he pointed out the sensor the dealership said needed replacing it wasn't under the carpet it was under the dash, also the mechanic pointed out they did not turn off the check engine code so that meant they did not even do a complete diagnostic on the vehicle. I would never buy a car from Flow or have my vehicle serviced there even if it was under warrenty. More
I ordered today a power valve spring for a Rochester quadrajet carburetor. When the purchase hit my credit card there was a $4,000.00 shipping charge. Now this is for a spring that can fit in a match bo quadrajet carburetor. When the purchase hit my credit card there was a $4,000.00 shipping charge. Now I find they have no phone number and are not answering my emails. to all out there be careful as I am having no luck cancelling the order or a reduction of charges to an honest price. Oh my goodness, If you ever think you ran across a good deal by buying anything from these clowns, run, run away fast. There is no way to talk to anyone. You can only contact via email. They have indicated when ordered items would ship and finally forwarded order confirmation with tracking numbers that only notify you that they have contacted the postal service that there will be an item to be picked up. They refuse to provide any dates of when the package will actually ship or when it may arrive. GMpartsdirect.com is operated by Flow Chevrolet out of Winston Salem NC and have proven to be the biggest ripoff I have ever been taken by. Trust me. The $30 savings on a $180 part is not worth it. Several weeks into this and I still have no answer other than"we apologize for the delay, there's been an overwhelming call volume". Call volume? they don't have a stinking phone. they can't take your call!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chevy corporate. They are ruining you. Yank the plug on them. More

Now I'm $120+ out of pocket for a piece someone else returned and I will have NO USE for. No phone number available to get answers. I've been emailing them for WEEKS to no avail. Being ignored only adds insult to injury!!!!!!!!!! My advice (and I hope it's not too late): Stay away from these incompetent/ignorant Sons-of-Bit**hes. Have a Nice Day. More
