I can't say enough about Flow GM Auto Center. Since January, me and my family, including my parents, sister, niece and nephew, have purchased 6 cars from Flow. I had nothing but a positive experience at the Flow dealership (Winston-Salem, NC), specifically working with Chris Kelley. I chose to pursue my car search at this location and with this particular sales professional because he had recently helped my family with a prior purchase. With regards to my personal experience, Chris went above and beyond to accomodate my every need when purchasing my new Z71 Chevy Tahoe. Not only was Chris helpful, but he was very knowledgeable on every vehicle offered. Went to the dealership to get a diagnostic to find out where a leak was coming from on my door. The signs in the shop said $39.95-$89.95 for a diagnostic. So I asked them to perform a diagnostic and let m where a leak was coming from on my door. The signs in the shop said $39.95-$89.95 for a diagnostic. So I asked them to perform a diagnostic and let me know how much the repair would be, should I decide to get maintenance done on my vehicle. The man calls me up and says it is a deflector, which is just a cheap piece of plastic that is pretty much glued to the door and prevents leaks, the deflector will be close to $400.00 and if I wanted the weather stripping replaced the price would be an additional $400.00. I told him, no thanks, because that’s just too high and I can get it done for much cheaper at another shop that offers warranties on their work as well. Then I ask the man how much I owe him for the diagnostic. He says $170.00, I just restate what it says on his sign and he says oh ill give you a discount, then promptly get off the phone with me. So I go to the shop after I get off of work and ask him what the discount is. He said he would drop it to $125.00 so I say show me your parts and labor book. He gets on the computer and shows me prices for actual maintenance being done. I tell him no maintenance was done so why charge me for the 2 hours of labor? He says because we took the inside of one of your door on and off, so we could perform the test. Correct me if I'm wrong but that’s part of a diagnostic test. I’m in a hurry, because I have to pick my son up from daycare and my wife up from work, I pay up and leave. I call back the next day and pretend I’m a possible customer. I ask, how much would it be to find out where a leak on my car is coming from. He says $89.95. I say, oh ok. Well that's funny because I got charged $125.00 for that very same diagnostic. He says ugh let me transfer you over to Mike. He does and I call Mike out on it. He never said the other guy was incorrect, he just repeated the same b.s he told me the previous day. So I told him I would never do business with Chevy again and I would be giving him bad remarks on the survey and the man hung up on me. Also the previous week I had maintenance performed on my car I had a big fiasco where they tried to charge me an additional $780.00 for parts I had already paid for. I should have gone with my gut and not dealt with them after that. I halfway wonder if they acted that way because of race. More
Flow Buick GMC did an awesome job, they will be my first stop for all new vehicle purchases. I worked with 4 other dealers, and none were as accommodating as Flow. Justin found the exact truck I was loo stop for all new vehicle purchases. I worked with 4 other dealers, and none were as accommodating as Flow. Justin found the exact truck I was looking for at the right price. Stuart did a great job with the delivery process and made sure I was 100% satisfied before taking ownership of my new truck. I have given an overall rating of 5. Steve Cook is honest, knowledgable and very perceptive in knowing the type of vehicle that fits your personality. I have to say I had an excellent experience with Flow GM! Let me start off by saying this, I was researching the car I wanted/the car I was trading in, getting prices, reading reviews, etc. for a year befor Let me start off by saying this, I was researching the car I wanted/the car I was trading in, getting prices, reading reviews, etc. for a year before I actually bought a new car, so it is safe to say I knew everything there was to know before walking in the dealership. Before going to Flow I went to several other dealerships getting their quotes and experiencing their sales and service before making a final decision, along with getting quotes from other dealerships online. What brought me to Flow mainly was they had the exact car I wanted to a "T", it was at a very fair price on there website, and Steve/Lynn were very helpful and quickly responded to all my question. Like I stated before, when I walked in to this dealership I knew what my trade in was worth and what I was offered from other dealerships and what a fair price was for the car I wanted. The representatives I was doing business with was Lynn Cabrera and Steve Cooke they were very professional and really took the time to understand my wants and needs. They were very fair and straightforward with me, even brought out the vehicle invoice out to me. I got a very fair deal on the new car and an excellent deal on my trade in surpassing all the other dealerships I went to. The only negative thing I have to say I planned this purchase out for so long I was ready to haggle pricing but everything was so straightforward and fair at the beginning I really couldn't haggle with their offer which made all my preparations and time at other dealership a complete waste, so yes their "No Haggle Pricing" is legit :D Also, I really have to give a shout out to Steve Cooke after purchasing the car which was late at night, he had it detailed for me and added some items I purchased onto the vehicle the next day and drove it down to me 50 miles away so I wouldn't have to make another trip to the dealership. The best part about this dealership is I am still in contact with both Steve and Lynn (my sales representatives) they check in on me periodically to see how everything is going and I know that if I ever have any questions or concerns either of them are only a phone call away and I know they would get back to me with answers as quickly as possible (not like other dealerships that don't call you back for weeks). I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new car! Talk to Lynn Cabrera for used cars and Steve Cooke for new GM cars. If you guys are reading this I just want to personally thank you both for an amazing experience and look forward to doing business with you guys again! More
I have owned my 09 Silverado since 2010 and I have nothing to say but good things.
