Excellent Service and Company Representative I had emailed Todd Rogers on Christmas day with questions about a Solstice his group had listed. He responded the next morning by 9 am and answered all of my questions. Additionally, he provided me great history information on the vehicle, something I didn't request. He and his group were flexible in negotiating a final sales price, and were able to put me in the Solstice at a price point I felt was very fair. When I arrived at the facility, Todd greeted me and answered all my questions. He didn't guess at any of the information, and found me precise answers to all my questions. There were a few minor issue with the vehicle that I noticed and pointed out. The dealership addressed all of my concerns and replaced/repaired items that I had questioned. Further, they dropped the sales price slightly due to the hassle. Additionally, without my request, they filled my fuel tank for me. I was very impressed with their flexibility, timeliness, response, and fairness, and feel that I was able to purchase a vehicle that I'll enjoy for years. Thanks Todd and Rippy.
