They were fair in price (beating all of the dealerships in my research) and were very fair on my trade. I bought a GME Denali end of December. I worked with Steve Lynn in sales and he made the process quick, efficient, and very enjoyable and straightforward. No surprises, no games, and very knowledgeable about the process and the car. I will definitely be back to Flow for service and for my next purchase. Actually relieved to find a dealer that I trust! Cannot recommend them highly enough- go see Steve!! More

Theses are a few simple reasons: professional salesman, quality vehicles, and tremendous service. I first visited Flow looking for my daughter a Jeep Wrangler. I met Steve Lynn and was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle and professionalism. Steve never once pressured me for a decision I truly felt he cared more about our choosing the right vehicle for my daughter rather than simply a sale. after purchasing the jeep my oldest daughter found an Audi she liked on-line at the Flow dealership in Winston-Salem, we called Steve and he immediately drove to Winston-Salem and transferred the vehicle to Greensboro. She is a college student with a very busy schedule and Steve made the process simple and quick so she could drive into town make the purchase and get back to school with missing classes. With these two great experiences I asked Steve to keep his eye out for my wife a BMW for her birthday. Within a few days he found her the exact model and color she wanted and had it ready at the dealership for her to test drive. I cannot express enough my satisfaction of dealing with Steve Lynn at Flow Motor Company in Greensboro, NC. In the past dealing with a car salesperson felt like a tug of war battle leaving me irritated at best, but with Steve I truly feel I have gained a friend and a car salesman for life. Flow Motor Company has also been a great surprise in the world of car dealerships. To start with they where above and beyond fair on trade in offers for the cars I brought in for trade. Secondly I was very pleased with the two years free routine maintenance , lifetime free inspections, and the free 100,000 mile power-train warranty this gave us peace of mind purchasing pre-owned vehicles. The service after the sale has been just as tremendous taking care of every minute detail. Bad I had to give it one star to start my review.. First of all Nick Johnson is a good sales guy, this review has nothing to do with him due to the fact h I had to give it one star to start my review.. First of all Nick Johnson is a good sales guy, this review has nothing to do with him due to the fact he was unaware.. So here goes. Everything went great in the beginning.. I found the truck I wanted on auto trader and it was exactly what I was looking for. So I made the drive to look at the vehicle, two hours and fifteen minutes. I get there look the truck over top to bottom before I ever test drive it. Truck is what I want, so on to the test drive we go. As soon as I crank the truck I notice 4lo is flashing and the check engine light is on. I mentioned it to Nick and drive on. The truck drives excellent. We get back to the dealership I explain to him I want to know what the code is. He explains he has no technicians available.. So I say lets run up to auto zone they will give us the code, the code comes up as air injection pumps, which is actually covered by Toyota for a free fix !! We talk it over they are going to have it all fixed the next day and I can come pick up the truck when it's ready. The next day I get a call, truck is at the local Toyota dealership being fixed. I said great. A few hours later they call and it's ready to pick up. I make the drive back to pick it up. All goes smoothly. I drive the truck home all is great. The next morning the check engine light is on... I call nick back to let him know and again he was curious and says you're welcome to bring it to ya or have it looked at in my area. So I schedule an appointment with Toyota of rock hill, take it to them.. And guess what the code is?... Air injection pump and also the vehicle has a recall !! Which I then informed is against the law to sell a vehicle with a pending recall !! I text Nick to explain he refers me to the sales manager Jeff... I call him and explain in detail what was going on.. Here's where the jerk comes in.. His attitude changes immediately, and says the truck didn't have the check engine light on when they checked it out.... Really ??? The check engine light fixed itself.. I explained to him that that was not possible.. He again stated that it must have just cleared itself because his technician found no codes. We went back and forth until my best option was to get off the phone !! Check engine lights are only turned off by a scan tool, which will reappear after a few cycles of the ignition which is exactly what was done in my situation. Jeff is a liar !! He patched it to get me out the door with a truck that had active codes !! And a recall !!! I am far from done pursuing this !!! Again I do not blame Nick Johnson in this deal whatsoever, but Jeff the sales manager is a liar !!! More

He answered all my questions and spent quite a bit of time with us. Working with the sales department and Dale's Sales Manager (Scott) was also very easy and relaxed. I've bought quite a few cars in my time and by far this was the easiest most pleasant car buying experience I've had. No pressure, easy to talk and work with, easy to do business with. I would definitely purchaed from Flow again. I drove 220 miiles to find the vehicle I wanted and I was treated with respect, honesty, and fairness. Best car buying experience I've ever had. More

We loved everything about Flow My husband and I can't begin to explain how happy we are with our 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Ours sales person, Steven Lynn went above and beyond. Sinc My husband and I can't begin to explain how happy we are with our 2015 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Ours sales person, Steven Lynn went above and beyond. Since it was the end of the car year (almost) there was not a whole lot to choose from on the lot. Imagine our surprise when we got the truck we wanted driven down from West Virginia. Steve made it happen and we love the color, the truck and this is our first GMC. We plan on buying a travel trailer and it will be a great truck for what we need. Steve made sure of that. Sheldon in financing worked with us to get us the best deal possible, and it was. We also worked with Jason because I did not have a NC drivers license yet and needed one to make the bank happy. That mission was accomplished and this all happened in about a week. We even had running boards put on the day we bought the truck cause we are short people and WOW we needed them. Steve said that parts had them and service department installed them while we were there waiting for the paperwork. So we were able to drive home with the truck and the badly needed running boards. We have since been back to visit and everyone comes out to say hello and admires the truck and wants us to bring it back so they can see it with the trailer. You better believe we will have a "party in the parking lot." We also met the manager Scott, and visited with him and he was great. We will recommend Flow to everyone. Unfortunately, we had a not very nice experience with our previous dealer whom we bought a 2010 Cadillac SRX and a 2011 Silverado from 2 1/2 years ago. We called our salesperson when we were looking to trade both vehicles in for a big truck and he said sure he would "look into it." Well he never even got back to us. We waited a month and then said heck with him. Researched the dealerships in this area and went to several and then found a home at Flow. Needless to say when we need anything for our GMS Sierra we will be going to Flow for everything. They are like family and we can't wait to go back for a visit.
