I recently visited Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro to address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a address an issue with the exhaust on my 2023 Yukon Denali. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service department representative named Mark. While he appeared knowledgeable, his demeanor left much to be desired. He expressed uncertainty about their ability to rectify the issue with my exhaust, stating there were no guarantees, and quoted a fee of $100 just to attempt a fix. Frankly, I found this approach off-putting and unacceptable. Deciding to seek service elsewhere, I turned to Clinard Muffler in Thomasville. Here, I encountered a markedly different experience. The staff at Clinard Muffler were courteous, respectful, and efficient. They promptly identified and resolved the issue with my vehicle within minutes, and at a fraction of the cost quoted by Flow Buick GMC. In light of my experience, I cannot recommend Flow Buick GMC. While they may have the resources, their lack of transparency and customer-centric approach is a significant drawback. For fair and honest service, I highly recommend exploring other reputable options in the area. Avoid Flow Buick GMC and opt for establishments that prioritize integrity and customer satisfaction. I just recently moved to Greensboro and needed help with my computer systems operation. When you think service can get no worse, just visit Flow Buick GMC in Greensboro.They replaced a part on my car and told me the problem was fixed.I asked for MY part back that was replaced and was told it w Buick GMC in Greensboro.They replaced a part on my car and told me the problem was fixed.I asked for MY part back that was replaced and was told it would cost an additional $400 . This was witnessed by others.Their test drive was less than 2 miles after the repair.The problem and the check engine light returned before I got off of their lot. This is what you can expect for $2266.34 . I am awaiting calls back from the dealership, Buick customer care. and General Motors.If I get good service I will tell my friends, if I get bad service I will tell everyone. Thank you for reading. I am amazed at how times have changed we have bought 2 vehicles from Flow GMC 4 years ago and this dealership is not what it was! Receptionist was not friendly and made it seem we weren’t good enough to vehicles from Flow GMC 4 years ago and this dealership is not what it was! Receptionist was not friendly and made it seem we weren’t good enough to be there! She literally said “what do you want”, just rude! We were asking about ordering a new AT4 and Sales Manager advised additional $3000 fee. What he didn’t know is we really wanted to buy the Yukon Denali they had on the lot but we wanted to see how friendly they were! Oh well take money to another GMC Dealer who wants to do business while being friendly! This use to be a super friendly place! More
I think the service advisor's name was Shannon. Dropped 2013 GMC Sierra 2500 off for $80 dollar oil change, no and airbag recall service. No other services were ordered, she asked about tire rotation which was refused because I just had the front end aligned and tires were rotated. Picked the vehicle up a few days later with a bill of about $235. Seems as if they filled the diesel exhaust fluid tank. And I'm not really sure if this is what they did or not, as the bill just says fluid 10 units at $8.80 or some such. There was NO discussion about this service or cost and I have no clue as to why they did this, makes one wonder if they are trying to recoup the cost of the free repair of the air bag repair. Anyway, they called a couple days later and asked if I was satisfied with their service and I told them that they would not see me again. I told the woman why and she said she would have the boss call me to discuss. Unfortunately, he never did. I guess I just can't figure out how a $80 bill turns into $235. Especially when they did this without calling to ask me if I wanted this done or not. Goodbye Flow GMG of Greensboro. More
